Application:
DK series industrial oil filtration system is the ideal way to pre-filter and transfer fluids into reservoirs or to clean up existing systems. Fluid should always be filtered before being put into use.
Solid particle pollution leads to the failure of hydraulic system and lubricating system, so it is necessary to filter the industrial oil before pour it into system. New fluid is not necessarily clean fluid. Most new fluids (right out of the drum) are unfit for use due to high initial contamination levels. Contamination, both particulate and water, may be added to a new fluid during processing, mixing, handling and storage.
DK Series Portable oil purifier is widely applied in filtration of various industrial oil, such as insulating oil, transformer oil, lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, turbine oil, mechanical oil, compressor oil, cooking oil, fuel oil etc. It mainly remove mechanical impurities and powder particles. DK can do precision filtration and generally equips three-stage filters, also can equip four or five stage filters as requirements. The machine is small size, light weight, stable performance, environmental protection, energy-saving and easy to replace filters. it can be used as oiling machine for long distance and high-lift oiling works, particularly suitable for use in the Field.

Function: Its design makes it ideally suited to removing reliably in a single-pass 98% of contamination and free & emulsified water to less than 10 ppm, thereby guaranteeing the required cleanliness.
DK series machine suitable for:

2. Transferring fluid from drums or storage tanks to system reservoirs

This oil purifier is fit for oil-using departments and corollary equipments. It can be used in the filtration of mechanical impurity, high-lift and long-distance oil pumping and injection.
