Application:
PR Series plate pressure oil purifier is designed for power plants, industrial and mining substations, lubricants warehouse, tractor station, petroleum, chemical, cement, metallurgy etc. It can purify transformer oil, turbine oil, hydraulic oils, gear oils, lubricating oil and remove water, mechanical impurities. PR plate pressure oil purifier is consisted of filter bed, plates, oil pump, motor and filtering papers. The filter bed and plates consist of a filter house, between the plates, the papers as filtering media. It also can purify fuel oil, cooking oil by using special materials and motor. PR-series oil purifier has a simple structure, convenient filter replacement, high filtration precision, easy operation, low cost.
Description of PR Machine :
PR series plate pressure oil purifier is mainly used to separate the impurities and water from the oil. It is suitable for filtering the cooking oil, transformer oil, used lubricating oil and so on. There is filtering media, such as filtering paper or filtering cloth, installed between the plastic filter board and filter plate that will be fixed to form a single filtering room under the pressure of the packing device. The filtering paper or filtering cloth packed between the filter board and filter frame will play a role of filtering. It's characterized
by simple structure,easy operation,low cost etc.
