Application:
DK Series Portable oil purifier is widely applied in filtration of various industrial oil, such as insulating oil, transformer oil, lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, turbine oil, mechanical oil, compressor oil, cooking oil, fuel oil etc. It mainly remove mechanical impurities and powder particles. DK can do precision filtration and generally equips three-stage filters, also can equip four or five stage filters as requirements. The machine is small size, light weight, stable performance, environmental protection, energy-saving and easy to replace filters. it can be used as oiling machine for long distance and high-lift oiling works, particularly suitable for use in the Field.
Characteristics of DK machine:
The oil purifier machine includes a motor-driven special gear pump, with low noise, self-absorption ability, smooth operation and so on.
1. High-pressure pipeline with overflow protection device, which can effectively protect the safety of hydraulic systems.
2. The use of thermal relay protection, to prevent motor damage caused by motor overload.
3. Suction port The coarse filter protects the pump and extends the life of the main filter.
4. Fine filter according to the different needs of users, choose a different precision, to achieve the desired results.
5. Oil filter shell with quick opening structure, without any tools will be able to quickly and quickly open the cover, replace the filter. The panel is equipped with a pressure gauge, in the work of a continuous indication of the operation of the system and filter the degree of pollution.
