Application:
LVP-Series Vacuum lubricant oil purifier is specially designed for maintaining absolute cleanliness of hydraulic and lubricant oils, the particulate and moisture contamination in oil will affect the performance and life of mechanical equipment, LVP machine can separate water, gas, particles rapidly and demulsify completely for recovery of oil’s properties, such as viscosity, flash point, performance etc. And so as to greatly extend lifetime of machinery. This oil purifier also can be used for purification of turbine oil, gear oil, engine oil,compressor oil, refrigeration oil and other industrial oils, so it is wildly applied in electric power, metallurgy, mining, chemicals, transportation, manufacturing, petroleum, railway etc. LVP-series lubricant oil purifier is the most reliable, versatile, durable, and user-friendly machine in the industry today.
Feature:
1. Degassing, dehydration and filtration of oil with variable oil flow rate in one or several passes
2. Adopt back washing system which can clear impurities automatically.
3. Double primary filter structure, large capacity for holding particles, multi-stage filtration system to ensure high filtration precision
4. We uses stainless steel filter element which is anti-corrosive with high precision of eliminating impurity and long service life. Also, it has a large volume for holding impurities.
5. Adopts 3D-Evaporation technical and thin film evaporation, which can separate the trace water, soluble water and gas from the oil quickly by the Multi-level water-oil separation technology.
6. Adopts interlocked protective system.

This is a vacuum type of our LVP10 model lubricant oil purifier machine with high vacuum pumps,it can treat 10L/minute(600L/hour) lube oil,lubricating oil,hydraulic oil,gear oil,compressor oil, furnace oil,refrigeration oil,vacuum pump oil, bearing oil, metal processing oil, rust-proof oil, oil cylinder oil, heat treatment and
heat conduction oil.
This machine used Europe famous brand Germany Leybold vacuum pump and China famous brand oil pump,we also could supply the Europe famous brand oil pump as customer required.
