Brief Introduction of DTH Hammer:
Our company is specializing in drilling rigs and drilling parts for decades. We have kinds of drilling rigs, such as DTH (Down The Hole) drilling rig, Water well drilling rig, Oil well drilling rig, Piling drilling rig with different types of Truck Mounted, Trailer Mounted and Crawler Type. For drilling parts, we have the followings: DTH hammers/bits, Tricone bits, PDC Bits, Button Bits, Chisel Bits, Drill Pipe, Pick Cutters etc.
DTH Hammer Types:
Low air pressure: 0.5-0.7Mpa
Middle air pressure : 0.7-1.8Mpa
High air pressure:1.8-2.5Mpa
It also has the following advantages:
1) Non-Blocking:Our S-series Down the hole hammers are proved to ensure extremely low rate of blocking during it works.
2) High Efficiency:The well drilling equipment carries with larger power of impact frequency and torque, thus ensuring faster penetration. Compared with others, the efficiency can be improved 10%.
3) Longer Service Life:All surfaces of the DTH hammer and bits are treated by anti-friction and intensified technology. When used in deep-hole drilling works, it can reach at 5000 meters or more.
4) Excellent Cleaning Effect: This DTH tool has large air output, which specially designed for water well users and enables it to flush out cuttings in deep hole drilling works.
5) Our hammer and bits are compatible with DHD, QL and Mission hammer and bits.
