ZYD-II Double-Stage Vacuum Insulation Oil Purifier (two horizontal evaporator)

ZYD-II Application:

ZYD-II Double stages vacuum transformer oil filtration machine is used mainly applied in power plant, power station, transformer factory, electric power company, power transformation, metallurgy, petrifaction, machinery, traffic, railway and so on.

ZYD-II is equipped with two horizontal evaporator , it can remove particles, dewater, degas from the old and new insulating oil. Especially for the 110KV-500KV large-scaletransformer station.

ZYD-II oil filtration machine is particularly suitable for treating high-grade transformer oil, super-voltage transformer oil and new transformer oil.
Function:

A: removing the moisture. The final treated oil can achieve less than 3ppm

B: degassing. The final treated oil can achieve less than 0.1%;

C: removing particles. The final treated oil can achieve NAS2 Grade (Cleanliness Grade).

D: vacuum oil injecting

E: vacuum drying equipment for transformers

ZANYO outstanding features:

A. Two Evaporation chamber is horizontal, the two chambers are separated, therefore the maximum utilization of degassing chamber space.

B. Unique technology: Atomizer is placed upside down, the oildropletaveragediameterless than 30µm, to increase evaporation area and extend the degassing time. Comparingto the one- vertical chamber machine, ZYD-II filtration system is 3 -fold and 5-fold quickly and effectively thank old machine.

I. Double stage vacuum: high pumping speed, advanced dehydration and degasification system, Duplex-Stereo film evaporation technology, can remove particles, water, degas and hydrocarbon quickly and effectively, to improve the flash point and dielectric strength.

II. Used for transformer installation and inspection, vacuum oil injecting and vacuum drying equipment for transformers.

III. Precise oil filtration system, superior oil filter, Multi-stage precision filtration system, can remove mechanical particles effectively.

IV. Advanced constant temperature control system, auto evelcontrolsystem,auto defoaming system, pressure protecting system to make sure the high-performance of the machine

V. Vacuum purification online work, unattended operation.

VI. Humanization design, low noise, simple operation, longintervalofmaintenancetime and lowenergy consumption.
