Sinopec 4503 synthetic air compressor oil is a lubricating oil for air compressor systems produced through a special manufacturing process using a synthetic base oil with a specific composition, and adding functional additives for the specific working conditions of the air compressor.
Sinopec 4503 synthetic air compressor oil is suitable for sliding vane and screw air compressors
◆Lubrication of various light and medium load rotating (screw, sliding vane) air buffers under the conditions that the exhaust temperature is not greater than 130℃ and the exhaust pressure is not greater than 1500kPa. ◆4503N46 is suitable for twin-screw air compressors, and 4503N32 is suitable for single-screw air workstations.
Do not mix Sinopec 4503 synthetic air compressor oil with other lubricating oils. Physical or chemical reactions may occur between different lubricating oils, resulting in a significant decrease in performance;
Sinopec 4503 synthetic air compressor oil should be sealed in time after use to avoid the mixing of water, dust and other impurities; when Sinopec 4503 synthetic air compressor oil is used in lubricated parts that interface with non-metallic materials such as rubber, materials, paints, etc., it should be cleaned in advance Material compatibility testing. Recommended rubber: silicone rubber, fluorosilicone rubber, fluorine rubber, polytetrafluoroethylene and high nitrile-based nitrile rubber (acrylonitrile exceeds 36%);
When using Sinopec 4503 synthetic air compressor oil, it is normal for the color to darken when exposed to light or exposed to high temperatures for a long time and does not affect the use effect.
