In 1992,Sinopec SHGFR-154 high-temperature anti-stick lubricant was specified by the State Building Materials Administration as a special lubricant for the inner surface of the rotary kiln wheel belt of new dry process cement production equipment.

Sinopec SHGFR-154 high-temperature anti-stick lubricant is easy to spray or coat, has a long service life, is flame-resistant, and does not corrode equipment;

Sinopec SHGFR-154 high-temperature anti-stick lubricant is suitable for high-temperature anti-sintering (lubrication) of metal friction surfaces of heavy and medium-load equipment in the temperature range of -30℃~400℃. Such as the lubrication between the inner surface of the rotary kiln wheel belt in the cement industry and the pad iron of the kiln body; the sliding nozzle for steelmaking in the metallurgical industry, the sliding part, the rotating part, the spiral part of the rotating nozzle, etc. Shaft cranes such as ladles and ladles in the foundry industry, heating furnace baffle bearings and other heated lubrication parts; for Sinopec SHGFR-154 high-temperature anti-stick lubricant, manual or electric spraying equipment can be used to spray the lubrication parts through the nozzle , you can also use manual hand brushing method to replenish lubrication.
