This 18" Guillotine Paper trimmer is in A3 size with a durable steel base. It is a very safe paper cutter for children under 18 years old. It has a 460x 380 mm full-size cutting table with printed scales and grids. The self-sharpening cutting blade could cut up to 10 sheets accurately. It is mainly designed to cut papers, photos, artwork and more. Do NOT use it to cut other materials. Do NOt worry about the finger cuts.
