1．Product design
a. We can develop new products based on samples or prototypes by using reverse engineering,3D digitizing and laser scanning technology.
b. We can develop new products according to simple sketch and brief description like function.dimension etc.We provide customers with 3D model and 2D as request.
c. We can join in the customer’s design group. for example: summit the economic plan to save cost.point out the existing design problems for product such as the undercut.sharp angle .processing difficulty and so on.
2．Mold-flow analysis
This is a very important process,because we need to understand the possibility of product in advance in order to prevent some possible problems like air trap.mark.and welding line etc. especially for the big product,so we introduce the advanced moldflow analysis software and professional engineers to stimulate ,analyze ,optimize and validate plastic parts and mold design .it effectively pre-prvent the potential problems as so to save cost ,control quality and guarantee delivery time.
3．prototype-making
For some projects,Prototype is inenvitable process.it can help engineer check the product function and also prevent some problems which should be found after mould trial. In order to meet the requirement,we bought the advanced prototype equipment and cultivate the high-skill staff to do the prototype by CNC or laser machine . As a result ,it can help us provide customers with high-quality prototype for confirmation very fast.

Q: How soon can i get reply after sending inquiry?
A: All inquiries would be replied within 2 hours, except sleeping time in China; and our cell phones are standing by any calls at any time.
Q: What should I provide for price enquiry?
A: The 3d drawing (in STP/ STEP/ IGS/ X_T/ SLD format) with information about material, quantity, surface treatment, tolerance, and requires.
Q: If I don't have drawing, how can I get prototype?
A: If you don't have any drawing, you can send us your samples, we'll scan it and make the drawing first, then make prototype for you.
Q: What is your MOQ ( minimum order quantity)?
A: The MOQ is 1,000pcs for injetcion molding, you are welcome to send us trial order to test our quality and services.
Q: What is your payment term?
A: CIF, EXW or FOB Shenzhen, paid by T/T, Paypal, Trade Assurance Order.
Q: Which material will your factory use to make a mold?
A. Our regular material has NAK80, S136, LKM, DAIDO, HASCO, DME
Q. What's your delivery time for molds and plastic injection products?
A. Our delivery time for mold: 3-5 weeks as mold structure complexity.

Q: I have a sample but don’t have drawing, what can I do?
A: Please send us some photos of the sample. And you can send us a sample and tell us your idea ,we will help to finish the 3D drawing design

A: Please send your drawing to our sales representative, then all the information will be forwarded to our engineer and they will evaluate it. A detailed proposal will be advised within 24 hours.
Q: Do you make customized products based on our design drawings?
A: Yes, we are a professional metal fabrication factory with an experienced engineering team to make custom products according to clients'drawings.
Q: Will my drawing be safe after you get it?
A: Yes, we will not release your design to third party unless with your permission. And we can sign the NDA before you send the drawing.
