13MP Camera Module Auto Focus
This is a mobile phone's rear camera module with Samsung sensor S5K3L2, S5K3L2 is a highly integrated 13 megabit pixel camera chip, including CMOS image sensor (CIS) data interface. It is developed by the SAMSUNG CMOS image sensor process for imaging applications to realize a high-efficiency, low-power back-illuminated (BSI) light sensor with a structure. The sensor is composed of 4208×3120 active pixels and meets the 1 inch / 3.06 inch optical format. CIS has an on-chip 10-bit ADC array that digitizes the pixel output, and also has an on-chip correlated double sampling (CDS) function, which can greatly reduce fixed pattern noise (FPN). It combines on-chip camera functions such as data packing, data formatting, image compression, shading correction and serial transmission using MIPI. It is programmed through the CCI serial interface. S5K3L2XX is suitable for low power consumption camera modules with 2.8V/1.2V power supply.
