We offer very low MOQ like 100 pcs per color per design , we can get sample done in fast quick turn around time 3-5 days for regular ones ,for complicated ones like down-filled type of apparel , we only need 10 days. Because we have 15 people in our R & D, For mass production time , we beat a lot apparel factories on time , we can get them finish by 10-35 days .

1. Q: Can you accept customized designs ? A:yes, you can sent me information about your requirement,we can make a sample delivery to you.
2. Q:How long is the sample LEAD TIME ? A For existing samples, it takes 1-3 days.
3. Q:How much the transportation freight will be? A:It depends on the weight & packing size and your area.
4. Q: May I have a sample for quality reference idea ? A:Sure,We can send you some of our existing samples for your reference idea and free cost . But you need to pay for the sample freight from our factory to your door .
5.Q:How to deal with after sales issues? A: Allwell is quite responsible. If you receive products that is badly handled by us, we will redo or arrange the refund according to the actual situation.
