Mining Tool B.D of O.E.D Machinery Grop, has been dedicated in development and production of mining drill rods and drill bits for many years, which forms six main series products: taper drill tools, thread drill tools, rotary drill tools, blast furnace frill tools, DTH drill tools, and coal mining tools. We can produce high quality of nearly hundreds of products, like hexagonal thread drill rod, extension rod, speed rod, DTH drill rod, blast furnace drill rod and so on, also shank adapter coupling sleeves, button bit, chisel bit, cross bit, etc.
Our products can be widely used in many basic energy construction projects, such as exploring new mountains, minerals, metallurgy, rail, highway, and water and electricity infrastructure etc.

We have three main workshops, heat treatment workshop, forging workshop and CNC workshop.
Material is very important for a good product. We have excellent heat treatment equipment to control the material quality. For each lot of products, we all have material certification. So even you have some special material requirement, we have best solution for you. Do not hesitate to ask us if you have any question of material. Here's our heat treatment equipment.
Turning machine and grinding machine are also very important. we have advanced CNC machines and skillfull workers to keep the stable quality.
During production, we have engineer to check the dimensions. Our workers are highly trained and they will inspect the products after machining.
For the final inspection, we'll check the dimensions one by one to make sure the quality is qualifed. The inspection report will be sent to you before shipping if you have ordered our products.

Our customer in Korea. We have changed the material of their skirt and carbide button bit to diminish the consumption of drill bit.
