The ring die extrusion granulator is a continuous pressing process that uses the gaps between the particles of powdery materials to convert powdery materials into particles. Powdered materials are discontinuous loose particles consisting of dispersed particles with certain fluidity. Under the action of compression force, the particles approach each other and rearrange, and the gas between the particles is continuously eliminated, which reduces the gaps between the particles, increases the bonding force, and finally compresses them into particles of a certain density and strength.
