Production line composition and workflow:

1. Raw material processing

- Dry powder materials, such as potassium sulfate and compound fertilizers, are transported to the raw material bin of the elevator by screw conveyors, belt conveyors or manual handling.

- The bucket elevator lifts the raw material powder to the vibrating transition bin, using vibration to disperse the material and avoid agglomeration.

2. Quantitative feeding

- The quantitative feeder adopts variable frequency speed regulation technology, which can accurately control the amount of material added to ensure the stable operation of subsequent processes.

- The forced feeding spiral feeding hopper further degasses the material and feeds the material into the tablet press by pressure.

3. Tablet forming

- The tablet press consists of left and right fixed bearing seats and sliding bearing seats, a frame structure, two alloy steel rollers, two hydraulic cylinders and an electric automatic pump station, as well as a special reducer for hard tooth surface and a main motor.

- Pairs of rollers with holes rotate in opposite directions at the same speed. One set of roller bearing seats is stationary in the frame, while the other set moves on the frame rails, and is pressed against each other by hydraulic cylinders.

- Dry powder materials enter between the two rollers continuously and evenly from above the two rollers by their own weight and forced feeding. They first flow freely, and then are gradually bitten into the trough by the rollers after entering the bite area. With the continuous rotation of the rollers, the materials are gradually compressed into pieces, and then fall off the holes due to elastic recovery and self-weight, and enter the crushing and screening device.

4. Crushing and granulating

- The crushing and granulating machine consists of a crushing box, a crushing spindle, and a special rotating blade to form a crushing and granulating chamber. The motor drives the spindle to rotate at high speed to crush and granulate the extruded materials.

5. Screening and packaging

- The vibration grading screen is equipped with an anti-blocking net device, which is convenient for cleaning the screen and can screen the crushed and granulated materials into granular qualified products and recycled powder.

- Qualified granular products are weighed and packaged, while the sieved powdered materials re-enter the feeding port of the elevator through the return screw, and are mixed with fresh materials and added to the pre-feeding hopper to enter the next round of process flow.
