The Organic Fertilizer Granulator, also known as the wet granulator, is widely utilized for pelletizing organic fertilizers due to its high pelletization rate, stable operation, and robust construction. It is commonly used to process various types of organic materials into pellets, including plant residues such as corn stalks, wheat straw, and grass clippings; animal waste like poultry droppings and cattle manure; fish scales and bone meal; kitchen scraps including potato peels and coffee grounds; as well as industrial waste such as wood chips and sugarcane bagasse.

Furthermore, customization of other specifications is available to meet specific user requirements. The inner wall of the granulator is lined with stainless steel plates to prevent material adhesion, ensuring superior pellet cleanliness and quality. Each tooth of the organic fertilizer granulator is meticulously welded with alloy materials, enhancing corrosion and wear resistance while extending its lifespan. By using the mechanical stirring force of high-speed rotation and the resulting air force, the fine powder material is continuously mixed in the machine, granulation, spheroidization, densification and other processes, so as to achieve the purpose of granulation.
