The organic fertilizer granulator employs wet type for granulation, featuring a rational structural design. It produces ball-type pellet products with low water content, facilitating easy drying, while achieving a high molding rate and robust particle strength. With its aesthetically pleasing appearance, it serves as essential equipment for granulating biological organic fertilizer, organic-inorganic fertilizer, and organic fertilizer inorganic compound fertilizer.
The scope of application for the organic fertilizer granulator is extensive, encompassing various organic wastes such as carbon, sludge, chicken manure, livestock manure, brown coal, sugar filter mud, paper sludge, wine, straw, soybean residue, and carbon. These materials can be directly granulated after undergoing fermentation treatment.

The resulting particles exhibit a spherical shape with a sphericity of ≥0.7 and a particle size typically ranging between 0.3-3 mm. With a granulation rate of ≥90%, the size of the particle diameter can be adjusted accordingly by varying the material mixing amount and spindle speed. Generally, reducing the mixing amount while increasing the speed results in smaller particles.
