Organic fertilizers are usually made from organic waste. The organic fertilizer granulator uses an internal rotating shaft and steam to granulate powdered organic waste. Compared with the disc granulator, the organic fertilizer granulator uses a closed granulation process, so it does not produce dust. We designed the baffle that can be opened to facilitate the observation of the granulation process, and the machine can be adjusted in time to cope with abnormal conditions. When the machine is idle, you can easily clean or maintain its internal components, thus extending the service life of the machine. Under normal circumstances, the specifications of the organic fertilizer granulator are larger than that of the disk granulator, which is suitable for medium and large organic fertilizer production plants.
