Working Principle of the Crown Capping Machine

The automatic crown capping machine streamlines the entire capping process. Bottles are manually placed on the conveyor, after which the machine takes over the rest of the operation. The capping speed can be synchronized with the filling speed thanks to the variable speed drive integrated into the machine. For high-speed operations, bottles that require worm feed entry are perfectly timed and loaded into the star plate for efficient capping.

The machine also allows users to easily synchronize turntables and collection tables, optimizing the workflow. Additionally, both filling and capping conveyors can be connected, enabling seamless automatic transfer of bottles from the filling stage to the capping stage.
