The automatic tube filling and sealing machine primarily operates on a primary transmission principle. It utilizes an indexing mechanism to drive a turntable equipped with fixtures for intermittent movement. This allows the machine to perform a series of tasks including automatic tube feeding, marking, filling, heating with a Swiss sealer, external cooling with a water cooler, sealing, code pressing, trimming, and product ejection. The machine ensures precise filling metering, stable and adjustable heating times, and produces neatly sealed, firm, and hygienic tube ends with smooth edge cuts.
The machine features 10 working stations and operates smoothly and reliably to complete all functions automatically. Constructed from high-quality stainless steel for all material-contact and related parts, it includes a quick-change device for easy disassembly and cleaning. For materials requiring heating and insulation, an external heating constant temperature device can be added to the barrel. This machine is suitable for packaging materials such as plastic and composite tubes and is ideal for industries including cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, adhesives, shoe polish, and others.

2. It features overload protection, phase separation protection, and power-fail protection for enhanced safety.
3. The machine provides high ultrasonic output power to ensure quality sealing for different tube sizes and materials. There is no need for preheating before sealing or the use of an industrial chiller.
4. It includes a tube end trimming function.
5. The machine allows for easy mold changes to accommodate different tube diameters.
