Working Steps of the Filling Machine

1.Liquid Transfer:
The liquid is pumped through pipes and directed into the machine's hopper for storage.

2.Piston Movement:
The servo motor activates, driving the piston downward to draw liquid from the hopper into the piston chamber.

3.Bottle Placement:
The conveyor belt moves the empty bottles to the filling station, aligning them for the filling process.

4.Bottle Stop:
The conveyor halts once the required number of bottles is positioned at the filling station.

5.Filling Process:
The nozzles lower into the openings of the bottles. The servo motor then pushes the piston upwards, dispensing the liquid. As the nozzles open, the liquid flows through, filling the bottles to the preset level.

6.Completion:
Once the desired volume is reached, the nozzles rise, and the filled bottles are moved to the next stage of the production line.
