Automatic Mylar Bag Single-Sided Labeling Machine
The automatic page labeling machine is versatile, capable of handling various materials, dimensions, and shapes by neatly organizing them into stacks—such as cards, plastics, and paper products. Items such as films, PE bags, cartons, and cards are initially placed in a stacked arrangement (with a set limit) within the paging mechanism. This mechanism then automatically separates each item, transferring it onto the conveyor belt. The conveyor employs vacuum suction to securely hold the items in place as they move. Once an item passes, a fiber optic sensor detects its presence and sends a signal to the labeling control system. Based on pre-configured settings, the control system dispenses a label at the precise location, adhering it to the item as it continues along the conveyor. As the item moves under a roller, the label is firmly applied.
Process Flow: The operator manually loads the items to be labeled -> the items are automatically singled out and moved along -> detection of the items occurs -> application of the labels to the items -> collection of the labeled items for removal.
1. Print Module: This module features a thermal coder capable of marking items with crucial information such as manufacture and expiry dates, and batch numbers, ensuring labels and codes are applied concurrently to boost efficiency.

3. High-Precision Sensor: Traditional sensors are unable to detect clear labels, requiring the adoption of a specialized sensor from Germany, engineered for accurate detection of transparent labels.
4. Barcode and QR Code Scanner: Equipped to scan various codes, this add-on assists in developing an extensive product database, bolstering the capability for thorough product tracking and authentication.
