The automated aluminum tube filling and sealing apparatus is designed for use with metal soft tubes. Capable of performing automatic color mark positioning, filling, folding, batch coding, and ejecting finished products, all within a single machine. This versatile equipment finds wide application across pharmaceutical, commodity, food, and chemical industries, including products such as ointment, toothpaste, AB glue, and shoe polish.
This automated system operates with 16 stations, wherein operators manually load aluminum tubes into the tube feeding box. Subsequently, the machine autonomously advances the tubes into the tube base. The next station incorporates an automated eye-marking system, along with automatic filling and crimping functionalities. A filling sensor automatically verifies the presence of tubes before initiating the filling process, thereby preventing erroneous filling when no tubes are detected. The filling process is facilitated by cylinder-driven mechanisms, with precise control over filling capacity and accuracy ensured through cylinder adjustments.
Work Process
The metal tube is manually placed into position, utilizing mechanical transmission for relocation, while a photoelectric detection device verifies its alignment within the designated tube position. Material is then quantitatively injected into the tube via a metering pump, followed by the sealing mechanism for tube closure, printing, and automatic release of the sealed finished product.
