Bleach serves as the general term for any chemical product employed in both industrial and household settings for cleaning, lightening hair color, and eliminating stains. Specifically, it commonly denotes a diluted solution of sodium hypochlorite, known as "liquid bleach." These substances possess corrosive properties.

NPACK Bleach Liquid Filling machine is specially developed for the low viscosity but corrosive liquid filling. The whole machine is controlled by Inovance PLC, which can realize the precise filling, stable performance and easy parameter setting. Pneumatic part adopts famous brand to ensure long-term stable operation. It is application for filling Acid, alkali materials, highly corrosive pesticides, 84 disinfectant, toilet cleaner, iodine, etc.

(1) The machine is constructed from anti-corrosive PP material instead of PVC and stainless steel, encompassing the tank, body, filling nozzles, and screws. Filling nozzles are crafted from PE, renowned for its anti-corrosive properties. The latest design incorporates PE filling nozzles, ensuring a secure seal. (Optional: Titanium alloy filling nozzles are available.)

(2) Employing the gravity filling method, the machine is suitable for non-sticky yet highly corrosive liquids.

(3) Machine dimensions are standardized at 2000×910×2200mm (LxWxH). Depending on the number of filling nozzles, the machine length may vary.

1. Gravity-based filling method with optional diving filling system and stoppers in filling nozzles, preventing dripping similar to stoppers in wine bottles, especially effective for foamy liquids.

2. Versatile application for filling corrosive liquids into straight-neck bottles, with the capability to fill oblique-neck bottles by simply changing a plate, offering convenience.

3. Capable of filling both viscous and non-viscous corrosive liquids; a piston device may be added for viscous liquids.

4. Various models available with different quantities of filling heads (6, 8, 10, 12, or more).
