We specialize in producing cold drawn/rolled seamless steel tube, OD from 19mm to 121mm and WT from 1mm to 15mm according to the Normal standards as GB/T 13793-1992, ASTM A500, A179, DIN 2394, EN10305, BS 1387 and JIS 3445 etc. with material of carbon steel and alloy steel,normal steel grade like STKD270, STKD540, S15C, S25C, S35C, S45C, 34MNB5, 20Cr, 40Cr, Q345b, 30CrMo, 35CrMo, STKM11A-13C, SAE1010 /1020 /1045, EN8D etc...

We are professional manufacturer for ERW steel tubes and equipped with 10 sets advanced welding pipe production lines, we can produce 200 sizes, OD from 8mm-165mm, thickness 0.8-5.0mm. includes square/ rectangular/round/oval pipes and other special-shaped pipes, pre-galvanized pipes and painted pipes. 2 How can I get the price?
We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry by telling us the material, out diameter, wall thickness length, quantity and application of the steel pipe which you need. If you are very urgent to get the price, please inform us in email so that we will regard your inquiry priority.
 
3 How can I get a sample to check your quality?
After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality.we will provide you the sample for free, however we could only make sure the same material, the
dimension will be much similar as your request but not same. And customer should afford the charge of shipment.
 
4 How long can I expect to get the sample?
The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 days.
ou can use your own consignee account or prepay us if you do not have an account.
 
5 What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order.
 
6 What is the Small Qty Process Charge.
It is the payment for customer whose order qty is less then Min Order Qty. Because small qty of products should be processed same in the production flow as big qty and the average cost would get much higher than big ones. So there is a small Qty Process Charge to ensure the profit of our factory and usually the amount of it is about $250.00
 
7 Could the pipe be customized for us?
Yes. We are the professional manufacturer which has rich experience in Precision Seamless and ERW Steel Pipe manufacturing.
We could print the logo and label under your requirements if you need OEM products. Beside this,we still do some refined processes like CNC cutting, chamfering, galvanization and tapping, if you have detailed spec or drawing.Our production lead time is within 30-45 days.
 
8 What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, CIF, DDU etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
