Changshu Azure Import and Export Co., Ltd. was founded in 2017. We are manufactory of polypropylene non-woven fabric. Mainly products is melt blown fabric for .
We have 15 Melt blow production lines. Monthly output is 450 MT. According to customer’s standard, we can customized Melt blow fabric for our customer. Mainly specification is from 20GSM -60GSM. Our machine width is 1600mm. Fabric width is 175mm, 260mm and customized. Our Melt blown fabric has been used in which meet EN149-2001, FFP2 standard, EN14683 standard, Type2, GB2626-2006, YY0469-2011, YY/T 0969-2013. Every standard has different quality requirements. We have research hand developed different melt blown fabric type which can meet different standard. To well control our bulk quality. We equipped with many special detection equipment like filter performance tester, filter efficiency performance tester, respiratory resistance tester, fabrics strength tester. We test every batch of bulk.
We also export melt blown fabric to overseas country. As melt blown fabric should keep in constant temperature and humidity. We shipped by temperature controlled container to keep the quality in best performance.
