Technology process

Detailed configuration list

1. High pressure fan system with air heating tank and gas distribution pipe

Maximum speed is 4000RPM, and the air pressure can up to 20PSIG.

Maximum air flow is 2023CFM. The power is 90Kw.
Maximum gas temperature of gas heating tank is 300℃; heating power is 120Kw.

With the function of over temperature alarming and automatic disconnection.

2. Extruder with automatic feeder and stainless steel hopper

Single screw extruder especially for nonwovens.
Maximum capacity: 160KG/H
Pressure tracking automatic variable frequency speed regulation
Power: 45Kw - Simens Beide motor

Suction capacity of vaccum feeder: 500KG/H

3. Melt filter 

GD-DP-B-100 double-column double-station hydraulic mesh filter, hydraulically push-pull filtration units, so the net can be changed without pause and fluctuation.

6. Web-forming system

1 suit lifting platform shared with double-drum receiver

Working width: 1800mm
The height can be adjusted, and the receiving distance is 100-400mm. Nylon mesh surface, equipped with air box, with automatic deviation correction function of mesh curtain.

7. Electrostatic electret system

CNC 60kV high voltage electrostatic generator with self recovery over-voltage and over-current protection function; electrostatic electret loading roller and electrode device.

8. Winding and cutting machine

9. Electrical control system

Main components are Delta brand, other low-voltage electrical components are Chint. Designed as HMI+PLC+inverter architecture, the inverter is controlled by Delta's dedicated ethernet communication method, and temperature control is controlled by Delta's dedicated modular control meter. The design structure is simple and the degree of intelligence is high.
It can access and troubleshoot via the remote internet.
