Carding system for converting fiber batt into fiber web
In the nonwoven manufacturing process, double cylinder carding machine is used to convert fiber raw materials into a fiber web. Fiber mass is progressively carded into individual fibers through various carding sections on the carding machine, and then collected to form a fiber web. The circulating suction device and enclosed housing help in reducing noise and fiber flocks.
