Installation tips:
Although it can be installed with a screwdriver or an hex wrench, most experts recommend the use of a special spring plunger wrench, especially for novices. Excessive compression of the spring and the risk of damage using the wrong tool.
As any technician knows, you should always work with the right tools. The biggest danger in installation is that the plunger spring uses too much torque. Although they are like bolts or screws, their bodies are hollow and they can withstand a certain amount of force. If in doubt, ask the supplier for the maximum installation torque.
Ball plunger quality standard:
The ball plunger should have precise end face pressure. By minimizing the thickness of the bushing pin head, long-lasting high-quality springs can be used to reduce the fatigue of the spring, increase its service life, and be easy to install. The height at which the ball head of each plunger protrudes from the plunger body must be uniform.
For precise machining control and rigorous testing procedures, it is important to ensure that the dimensional difference between the heights of each plug head is not more than 0.1 mm. Some specifications must not exceed 0.05mm.
