Installation principle:
1. The shaft diameter is the matching specification, and it is convenient to use the plug screw and bolt pull rod. For example, when using the D20 stop bolt, it is recommended to use the D20 bolt pull rod;
2. When the tapping screw is used for the thickness of the seat plate, the bolt head is designed to be buried into the seat plate by 2 mm.
Therefore, the relationship between the counterbore depth (W) and the stroke amount (S) is:
[W=S+ plug screw shoulder thickness K+2]
L = seat plate thickness - (stop bolt shoulder thickness K + 2);
3. When the thickness of the runner is used, the thread length l of the plug screw embedded in the bolt of the bolt is set to 1.5 times the diameter of the thread.
In this state, the threaded portion of the plug screw has a margin of 8 mm, and the countersunk hole of the spring can be machined on the flow path push plate as shown in the mounting diagram.
