If you find a reading that is low, then it’s time to start isolating the system. Remove the cables from the Inverter for example and test again on the mounts of the Inverter where the cables used to go. If the resistance is still low, then the Inverter has failed. That covers many of the failures you’ll see on hybrids, and it might seem slightly confusing until you start putting a hand on the vehicle. Practice makes perfect, so collect your own set of “Known Typical” (I avoided Known-Good on purpose) data and resistance readings when time permits. The more comfortable you get with the tools and with the vehicles, the easier they’ll be to work with. Who knows, you might even decide to specialize!
The SOC of our battery pack is 60%~80% when leaving the factory, in long-term storage, battery should be stored in a charged state (usually the SOC is 80%). Have a charge and discharge maintenance to battery pack when the storage time is over 6 months or battery module’s voltage is 15V,to prevent the battery performance’s decline caused by the self-discharge. Avoid violent vibration and external force impact, don’t cast, roll, invert, extrude, and stack too high during handling and transportation of battery pack.
Protect the battery pack from rain during the transportation, and the ambient temperature is not over 55℃.
Store the battery pack in a cool and dry place and the temperature range is 5-25℃ when you are not using it.
Notes: Installing this product should only be attempted by a qualified technician, the voltage of the battery pack is very high, which has the shock hazards, so when installing the battery pack, you should wear insulating gloves and use insulated handle tools.
