The quality of the electrical connections to the battery posts is important. Connections must be clean, free of corrosion and properly tightened.
Batteries store a large amount of energy and if short-circuited a battery could explode and can create intense discharges that can damage your eyesight. Insulated tools should be used to attach cabling to battery terminals. Otherwise, the battery’s positive cable can be shorted to ground or the positive and negative posts can be directly shorted. Batteries can only be safely installed from a positive terminal to positive wiring and from a negative terminal to body ground. If the polarity is reversed damage will likely occur to the vehicle’s electrical system

Avoid violent vibration and external force impact, don’t cast, roll, invert, extrude, and stack too high during handling and transportation of battery pack.
Protect the battery pack from rain during the transportation, and the ambient temperature is not over 55℃.
Store the battery pack in a cool and dry place and the temperature range is 5-25℃ when you are not using it.
The SOC of our battery pack is 60%~80% when leaving the factory, in long-term storage, battery should be stored in a charged state (usually the SOC is 80%). Have a charge and discharge maintenance to battery pack when the storage time is over 6 months or battery module’s voltage is 15V,to prevent the battery performance’s decline caused by the self-discharge. The maintenance regulations are as follows:
Notes: Installing this product should only be attempted by a qualified technician, the voltage of the battery pack is very high, which has the shock hazards, so when installing the battery pack, you should wear insulating gloves and use insulated handle tools.
