1-What is Curcumin?
Curcumin is extracted from turmeric, which is a member of ginger family. Turmeric powder is the important coloring agent
in curry which Indian people like very much; Chinese people use it in different kinds of pastries, such as steamed twisted
roll. Also,turmeric is used in Indian Ayurvedic treatment and Chinese traditional medicine Curcumin can exist in at least
two tautomeric forms, keto and enol. The enol form is more energetically stable in the solid phase and in solution.

Curcumin powder is the key curcuminoid of turmeric. Curcumin extract is a natural food coloring agent; also it’s widely used
as seasoning and dietary supplement.

Application:
