Product Description
The vacuum freeze dryer adopts advanced dehydration method to dehydrate the material. After vacuum freeze-drying, the physical, chemical and biological state of the material is basically unchanged, its volume is basically the same as before drying, and the shelf life is extended.
Equipment principle
Vacuum freeze drying technology replaces the traditional method of dehydration by sublimating the moisture in the product directly from ice to steam. During the freeze drying process, the material is frozen to -18°C and then enters the vacuum drying tank for dehydration. The automatic control system sets the vacuum level and heating temperature according to the freeze drying cirve of each product to maintain the appropriate processing conditions.
