Introduction of Cap
Pipe cap is a pipe fitting welded to the end of a steel pipe to cover the pipe. Used to close pipelines, with the same function as pipe plugs and plugs. There are various types of welded pipe caps, mainly including convex, conical shell, variable diameter section, flat cover, and tightening mouth.
Convex pipe caps include: hemispherical pipe caps, elliptical pipe caps, dished pipe caps, and spherical crown pipe caps. The main materials for welded pipe caps are: carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloy steel;
Super Duplex stainless steel refers to a stainless steel with both austenite and ferrite metallographic structures. Super Duplex steel, also known as duplex steel. Generally, the steel composed of ferrite and austenite phase structure is called dual phase stainless steel, and the steel composed of ferrite and Martensite phase structure is called dual phase steel.
Super Duplex steel is obtained from low carbon steel or low alloy high-strength steel after critical zone heat treatment or controlled rolling. Typical yield strength of dual phase steel σ S is 310MPa, tensile strength σ B is 655MPa. Dual phase steel is used for manufacturing complex components formed by cold stamping and deep drawing, and can also be used as pipeline steel, chains, cold drawn steel wires, prestressed steel bars, etc.
