4J33 Porcelain Sealed Controlled Expansion Alloy per YB/T 5234-1993
4J33 is a ceramic sealing alloy developed in combination with the characteristics of China's ceramics. 4J33 ceramic sealing alloy is mainly used for matching sealing with ceramics. It is an important sealing structure material in electric vacuum industry.
4J33 alloy has a linear expansion coefficient similar to that of 95%Al2O3 ceramics in the temperature range of -60~600 C.
Curie temperature: 440 degrees C
The alloy has good cold and hot processing properties, and can be made into various complicated parts. Do not heat the material in a sulphur atmosphere.
Before sealing with ceramics, the parts should be annealed, cleaned, nickel-plated, and then welded with silver to the ceramics after metallization.
4J33 has good electroplating properties, and the surface can be plated with gold, silver, nickel, chromium and other metals.
The cutting and processing properties of 4J33 are similar to those of austenitic stainless steels. High speed steel or carbide tools are used for processing. Low speed machining. Coolant can be used in cutting.
4J33 has good grinding performance.
