GH3536 Nickel Based Solid Solution Reinforced Superalloy Hastelloy X
GH3536 is a Nickel Based Solid Solution Reinforced Superalloy. It is equal to Hastelloy X alloy.
It has good resistance to oxidation and corrosion resistance, under 900 ℃ have moderate to lasting and creep strength, cold and hot working good formability and weldability.
Applicable to the manufacture of aircraft engine combustion chamber components and other high temperature parts, use for a long time under 900 ℃, short-time working temperature of 1080 ℃. In 600 ~ 1200 ℃ high temperature can withstand the stress and resistance to oxidation and corrosion resistance of the alloy. The matrix elements can be divided into iron base superalloy, nickel base superalloy and cobalt base superalloy. According to the preparation process, it can be divided into deformation superalloy, casting superalloy and powder metallurgy superalloy. According to the reinforcement method, there are solid solution enhancement, precipitation enhancement, oxide dispersion enhancement and fiber enhancement (see metal enhancement). High temperature components such as turbine blades, guide blades, turbine discs, high-pressure compressors and combustors for aerospace, naval vessels and industrial gas turbines. It is also used in the manufacture of energy conversion devices such as space vehicles, rocket engines, nuclear reactors, petrochemical equipment and coal conversion
