Hastelloy X Valve Gate For Petroleum Equipment Valve Plate
Valve gate is a gate system component used in the plastic injection molding process. Its main function is to control the flow of plastic melt during the plastic injection molding process in order to better control the quality of plastic products and reduce waste. Valve gate systems typically consist of one or more controllable on/off valves that precisely control the rate and amount of melt flowing into the mold.
Compared with other gate systems (such as hot runner systems), valve gate systems have higher flexibility and control capabilities, and are suitable for injection molding applications that require higher product quality.
