The LCB3568 is a highly functional core module, designed with precision using the Rockchip RK3568 series chip platform, including the RK3568 and RK3568J. Measuring just 60mm by 40mm, it connects to the baseboard using four dual-slot 0.5mm pitch 80Pin board-to-board connectors, secured with four M2 screws for stability, reliability, and ease of installation and maintenance.
The module includes CPU, DDR, eMMC, and PMU components. The CPU can be either the RK3568 or the RK3568J, while the DDR uses LPDDR4 for its lower power consumption and higher frequency, available in 1GB, 2GB, and 4GB configurations. The eMMC complies with the high-speed eMMC 5.1 standard, with capacities ranging from 4GB to 128GB. The PMU includes the RK809 and several DC-DC and LDO components, with CPU core voltages supporting DVFS (Dynamic Voltage and Frequency Scaling).
With a modular design, the LCB3568 ensures all functional pins of the CPU are accessible and thoroughly tested. This design enables users to develop products more efficiently, reducing development time and costs while improving overall efficiency.
