Product Description:

The LCB3588S core module, based on the Rockchip RK3588S chip platform, is an all-in-one module meticulously designed for high performance in a compact 75mm by 70mm size. It connects to the baseboard using two 140Pin board-to-board connectors with a 0.8mm pitch and four 30Pin FPC connectors with a 0.5mm pitch, secured by four M2 screws. This setup ensures complete access to the RK3588S pin signals while meeting high reliability, low cost, and flexibility requirements. In practical applications, FPC connectors can be added as needed, offering better reliability and yield assurance in harsh industrial or long-term vibration environments compared to card-edge or smaller-pitch connectors.

The LCB3588S includes the RK3588S CPU, LPDDR4/LPDDR4X DDR (available in 2GB, 4GB, 8GB, and 16GB configurations), high-speed eMMC 5.1 storage (32GB, 64GB, and 128GB options), and a power management unit (PMU) with the RK806 and multiple DC-DC and LDO components. The CPU core voltages support DVFS (Dynamic Voltage and Frequency Scaling).

Designed as a full-function module, the LCB3588S brings out all the functional pins of the CPU, thoroughly tested and verified for reliability. This modular approach allows users to save development time, reduce costs, and improve efficiency when creating new products.
