Functions:
HYX-2 series X-ray orientation instrument applies with X-ray diffraction principle, combines designing light, mechanical, electricity into one precision unit which can measures surface of nature & man-made crystal(Sapphire, piezoelectric crystal, optical crystal and semiconductor crystal) fast, if matches with cutter it can also use for crystal’s orientation cutting. Now this instrument has been necessary equipment for manufacturing crystal components. It already has been broadly used in researching and manufacturing enterprises of crystal material, especially suitable for research lab, school and company.
Features:
X-ray crystal orientation instrument operates simply, don’t need too professional acknowledge or technology, digital displays measuring angle which is easy for observing. Its displayer can be set to zero at any angle that is convenient for reading angle error value of crystal plate. With two working tables for person operates simultaneously, improves using efficiency of equipment. Matches with special integrator which can zoom peak value and tube, HT cable integrator highly increased product reliability. For counting tube voltage it applies with D high voltage module, vacuum absorb sample plate, improves precision and measuring speeds.
