How to use:

1. Prepare the spindle, and polish the coating of the pre-bonded spindle well with a grinding pad. Then clean the oil and other dirt on the surface of the spindle and the measured coating with appropriate solvent, and wait for drying;

2. Open the two-component glue equipped with the instrument, mix it in a ratio of 1:1 (mix as much as you want), spread it thinly and evenly on the bottom of the drawing spindle, press the spindle on the prepared test surface, squeeze out the excess glue with pressure, and then wipe the spilled glue clean. Wait until the glue is fully cured (about 24 hours) before preparing for the adhesion test (if necessary, use the supplied cutting knife to cut around the spindle);

3. Pressure relief: rotate the white protruding rotating plug on the right side of the instrument counterclockwise until it cannot be rotated, and press the pressure handle to the very bottom. In this state, press the pull ring on the clamp ring to the very bottom, then pull the clamp ring, put the clamp ring on the spindle, and pull it to ensure that it is tightly fastened;

4. Press the switch button of the instrument display screen to turn on the power supply; Press the second key (with spindle figure attached) to select the size of the drawing spindle (10,14,20,50 optional). Generally, the size of the spindle with standard configuration is 20mm, so we can proceed to the next step, ----, to select the unit of the instrument test

5, the unit of the instrument has two kinds of optional MPa and KN, KN action value commonly used units, we often use the strength value unit MPa, press the KN/MPa key can be converted into units;

Note: The instrument does not have a fixed key. Select the size of the unit or spindle as long as the unit or size displayed on the screen is the one we want.

6. Note: The grade of adhesion of the coating is generally judged on the basis of the measured results (i.e. the readings taken) and the shedding of the bottom end of the spindles. Observing the shedding of the test area will give more information about the shedding and the adhesion and cohesion between different layers of the coating.
