Magnetic assembly neodymium pot magnets
The pot magnet is also called cup magnet, holding magnet, round base magnet, mounting magnet, flat pot magnet, etc. The pot magnet consists of a cylindrical or ring NdFeB (Neodymium-iron-boron) magnet assembled with a concentric non magnetic ring into a steel pot. The magnet is magnetized together with the pot to create a holding force that is significantly stronger than an individual magnet, because this pot structure directs and concentrates the flux from both magnetic poles to one active face.
The pot magnet will retain its magnet force permanently unless working temperature or external magnetic field increases. The size, shape and magnet material of the pot magnet can adjust to its usage requirements including pull strength, working temperature, etc.
The pot magnet is versatile so that it is appropriate for various industrial applications. The typical applications are fixture positioning, sign and banner holders, emergency light holders, tool bases, etc.
Application:
There are many applications for Neodymium Pot Magnets, mainly in applications where a strong clamping force is required.
Applications include Point of Sale, window dressing, door / cupboard and gate clamps, false ceiling clamps, signs and banners, torque limited seals, jigs and fixtures, lighting holders, marketing and exhibition displays, retrieval magnets, industrial fixings, etc.

Packaging
a. Plastic separation will be put between magnets, then customer could be easily separate.
b. Batch magnets will be put in small white box.
c. 8 white carton boxes(120x80x55mm) will be put in a carton (355x280x160mm).Foam form will be put between white boxes to avoid broken during shipment.
d.If shipping by express or by air,will put iron sheet between foam and external carton to shield the magnetic field.
e. More than 10 cartons will be packed to pallet, specially for shipment by sea.
