In 2018,we combined with our own factory,and continue to supply high quality goods as new title: Suzhou Quanhua Biomaterial Co.,Ltd.The factory covers a total area of 12,000 square meters (approx.129, 000 square feet).

| OEM Overview: | Quanhua’s technical team has fully experiences with over 20 years in mold and products design. You can just share your ideas freely with us and you will receive ideal finished products as you want. The molding time is as short as 5~6 weeks, while sample lead time is just 2 to 3 days.

| Production Line: | There are 4 plant buildings of Quanhua company, each is well-equipped with different production lines. 40 sets injection molding machines are working day and night for producing the compostable knives, forks, spoons, sporks, etc.. 11 sets automatic package machines are busy packing the finished products based on different individual or bulk packing requirements.
Besides, Quanhua also has its own granulators, film blow molding machines, film slicing machines, film printing machines，etc.. |

| Our Team: | In technically, QUANHUA’s technical team is over 20 years experiences in injection molding and tooling products, including molds and products design. Meanwhile, QUANHUS’s PMC team has full experience at factory management, products’ management, package design, quality control etc.
In business, the sale manager is talented at international trading for over 15 years experiences. The rest members of the business team are also specialized in oversea business, each is responsible for different customers from different regions all over the world.
In production, the factory now takes an area of 12000sqm with 4 plant buildings, which has now over 40 sets newly-built injection molding machines, 11 sets automatic packaging machines, 1 granulation production line, 1 line of film extrusion production, 1 film cutting line, 1 film printing press line. That means, from the primary mold,products&package design, to the production,QC and package making, all is done by QUANHUA from A to Z. |
