This full automatic toilet paper roll bathroom tissue bundling packing machine is an ideal machine to pack hygienic tissue rolls in the format of 2 * 4 rolls (8 rolls), 2 * 5 rolls (10 rolls) , 2 * 6 rolls (12 rolls) etc. It can greatly increase the production and save lots of labor. It is an economical good price tissue paper packing machine for small scale tissue converting factory.
Main features:
1. adopt PLC and servo motors to drive the products feeding, overturn, counting, bag feeding, bag opening, bagging, sealing automatically.
2. bagging and sealing: adopt the mound negative pressure type bagging and sealing to keep the products shape nicely.
3. HIM: adopt MITSUBISHI touch screen to set the parameter to help to operate the machine easily.
4. Fault tracked and warmed: the fault will be showed on the touch screen and tracked the reason to make easy to solve the fault.
5. monitoring system: bags controlled, product checking to keep the machine won’t pack without products;and the checking system help to output the defective goods. In case that the bag can not open, machine will automatic stop. In case the bag is fault and cannot open, the bag will output automatically.
6. packing speed: controlled by the frequency converter, easy adjustable.
7, adopt the single feeding channel, connect with the single packing machine easily.
