This automatic maxi roll JRT industrial jumbo roll tissue shrink packing machine is widely used to automatically seal and shrink the maxi roll, JRT, HRT, industrial roll, bed sheet roll, jumbo toilet roll, facial tissue boxes and also other products.

It is very simple operation and stable running.

It can be connected to the automatic maxi roll cutting machine to form a fully automatic maxi roll production line.

Auto sealing machine

Sealing System

Heating source: Adopts stainless heating tubes which can be used for long time.

Sealing knife: Adopts alloy sealing knife which is adhesion resistant high temperature resistant and its surface is plated with non-adhesive Teflon film.

Temperature control of the sealing knife: Adopts Japan OMRON digital temperature controller and imported thermal sensing control, temperature can be adjusted between 0-400`℃

.

Sealing knife size: Electrical adjusting the height.

Maximum sealing size: L no limit, W300, H150mm.

Sealing knife protection: Adopts Germany SICK to effectively prevent FAULT-seal the tissues boxes.

Drive system: Use Taiwan SHAKO pneumatic cylinders to vertically drive the horizontal sealing knife so as to guarantee tight and stable well-sealed products with nice looking.

Slideway: Use Japan THK slideway to guarantee the sealing knife stable up-and-down running.

Side seal system: Use FESTO cylinders to guarantee accurate, stable and tight sealing.

Conveyor system.

Belt: Use Germany Forbo Siegling PU conveyor belts.

Motor: Use Taiwan TAI BANG motor to guarantee stable conveying.

Detection: Use USA BANNER photoelectric sensor to accurately and sensitively detect the products’ delivering and stopping.

Recycle system

Motor: Use Taiwan TAI BANG motor to ensure evenly and accurately recycle the waste at constant speed.

Proximity switch: Use Germany SICK switch to ensure accurate control of the time of recycling the waste.

Feeding film system

Motor: Use Taiwan TANG BANG motor to ensure stable feeding of films.

Proximity switch: Use Germany SICK switch to accurately control the length of feeding films.
