1. This tissue paper packing machine can be used to full automatically feed the tissue paper or napkins and seal the soft nylon bag by the.
2. The packing machine can be connected to the log saw to form an automatic production line, saving much laboring cost and increase the production efficiency.
3. The whole machine adopts stepless frequency conversion controlling, touching screen and PLC.
4. Main motor Controlled by timing Frequency conversion; With touch screen for data setting.
5. Equipped with automatic lubrication system. You can set the machine lubrication interval and lubrication time. For example, you can set it to lubricate the machine for about 1s every 30 minutes.
6. Magic eye to check and control the material and packing film system;
7. Equipped with automatic coding system to automatically print the manufacture dates on each package of the tissues.
8. Equipped with perforating system to make perforated dotted lines on each package of tissues so that the customers can easily open the bag and take the tissues.

Application

This ACE-FSP Automatic Facial Tissue Packing Machine, Interleaved Tissue Wrapping Machine is mainly used to automatically pack facial tissue papers, paper napkins, interfold paper towels etc. The mainly function of this machine is to manufacture customized soft packing facial tissue, nylon packing tissue paper, interfolded napkins etc. It can run at very high speed up to 280 pack per minute.

4. The packing size can be changed from one fixed size to another by changing the packing mould within specification above. Extra mould is optional.

5. Various packing size can be changed quickly among different tissue sizes(need different moulds).

6. The machine is equipped with 2 different moulds for 2 sizes.

7. Sealing type: hot sealing and envelope type.

8. Packing material: CPP with thickness 40-45 microns.

Servo motor control. (Adopt 3 servo motors to control the pull the film, mid-deliver the tissue packs and the blade for cutting the films. Especially the servo motor for controlling the blade for cutting the films, only when the film is coming, the blade will rotate and cut. But in other companies machines, they use only 1 servo motor, the cutting blade is running all the time even though the film is NOT coming. )
