Application
This ACE-AIRM Full Automatic Paper Hand Towel Jumbo Roll Tissue Machine Automatic Load Cores is with steel to rubber embossing unit and automatic perforating system. The machine is equipped with automatic loading the paper cores and then rewind. No need to use heavy air shaft, no need pre-cut paper cores. So it is a high speed slitting rewinder for roll tissue products line hand roll towels etc. The whole machine is driven by separate servo motors, NOT driven by chains or belts. It is good quality high speed tissue converting machine to manufacture jumbo roll tissue, jumbo toilet paper, hardwound roll, HRT, JRT, bathroom tissue, hygienic tissue, laminated kitchen towel roll etc. The machine can also make nonwoven kitchen wipes, lazy rags, centrepull hand towel rolls, commercial jumbo toilet rolls etc. It is with the out-of-date latest technology in tissue paper converting. The mainly function of this machine is to manufacture commercial tissue paper products and away-from-home tissue paper products, embossed and laminated toilet paper rolls and kitchen towels. It is an ideal equipment to manufacture high grade away-from-home customized embossed tissue rolls.
