Microcomputer program controls the heating and timing processes in the sterilization program;
LED digital tube and indicator, dynamic display equipment operating status;
The computer board has a PID function, and the heating parameters can be corrected by self-tuning to prevent the temperature from rushing. Temperature control accuracy is within ± 0.5 ℃;
Low-water level automatic water replenishment (anti-dry-burn) function, and an audible and visual alarm system, which automatically resumes heating after replenishing water;
Design of gravity exhaust method, pure steam environment in the cavity, reliable sterilization effect;
Radial self-expanding silicone rubber sealing ring, good sealing effect and long service life;
If the temperature exceeds 2 ℃, the heating will be stopped automatically, and the sound and light alarm will be given.
Overpressure to 0.17MPa safety valve automatically release steam to protect equipment;
Drain valve can discharge concentrated water in the bucket to prevent scaling;
Swivel casters with brakes are easy to move and easy to locate;
Immersion electric heating tube, high thermal efficiency.
