PSA Oxygen Generator
Description
This PSA Oxygen Generating System is composed of Compressed Air System, Compressed Air Purification System, PSA Oxygen Making System and Oxygen Storage System.
Air compressor provides compressed air with certain pressure;
Air purification system purifies compressed air by removing the dust, oil and water;
Oxygen separation system produce qualified oxygen gas with PSA technology;
Oxygen Storage system provides a stable source and store oxygen gas.
Application:
1). Black metallurgy: for Electric Furnace Steel, blast furnace iron, cupola oxygen blasting and heating cutting, etc.
2) . Non-ferrous metal: it can increase productivity, reduce energy costs, and protect our environment.
3). Water Process: used for aeration activated sludge process, surface water reaeration, fish farming, industrial oxidation process, wet aeration.
4). Custom-made devices with pressures up to 100 bar, 120 bar, 150 bar, 200 bar and 250 bar are available for cylinder filling.
5). Equipped with additional sterilization, dust removal, odor removal purification device, can obtain medical grade O2 gas.
6). Other: chemical production, solid waste incineration, concrete production, glass manufacturing.
